Who will handle in the organization
A committee comprised as under will handle the appeal:
Members: Executive Director and certification team.
Proceedings & Disposal of Appeal
The appeal will be evaluated and decision taken within five days from the date of receipt of appeal. The decision could be reassessment/not certified/certification confirmed.
Action on Decision
Following actions will be taken on the decision of the committee:
- The decision will be intimated to the appellant/candidate within 48 hours of the decision taken.
- If appeal is accepted for certification, certificate issue process to be intimated & released to candidate within 7 working days by certification generation section of IT department.
- If appeal is accepted for reassessment, new admit card issue process to be intimated &sent to candidate within 7 working days by examination coordinator.
Documentation
The following documentation will be carried out for records and future reference:
1. Hard copy of appeal & decision will be maintained by Examination department.
2. Soft copy will be maintained in following format by Examination department.

Review of process
The review will be carried out on yearly basis/as recommended by internal/external audit team for implementation of points for improvement emerging from the decisions on appeals.
